Rosacea
Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that typically affects the face, most often the cheeks, nose, chin, and forehead. You will often see flushing, persistent redness, and red or blue lines in the target area.
The Nordlys system has broad-spectrum, polychromatic light that is filtered to target the hemoglobin in the skin. The hemoglobin absorbs the light and converts it into heat energy. The heat coagulates the blood and destroys the tiny blood vessels, causing the lesion to gradually fade and clear.
